Research

Structured and systematic research has so far not been undertaken by the Zoo. But, plenty of scope for undertaking research on various aspects of captive animal management like animal behavior, breeding, feeding, mating, habitat preference, parental behavior, nutrition, health and disease management etc is there.

Collaboration with different collages and universities on animal research and providing facilities for management oriented research, without involving any disturbance or discomfort to animals is in progress.
